Herbfest Location
The Midsummer HerbFest is held annually at "The Herb Garden" just outside the town of Almonte, Ontario at 3840 Old Almonte Road. See map below.
"The Herb Garden" is nestled in the Ottawa Valley, about 45 km west of Parliament Hill towards Almonte. It is very easy to find - located just east of Upper Dwyer Hill Road on the Old Almonte Road. If you are coming along Highway #7 or Regional Road #44, watch for the blue Ontario Tourism signs at Upper Dwyer Hill Road, and again at the Old Almonte Road. For a more detailed map, click here.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to the recent wet weather, the normal parking entrance is impassible. A new shared entrance/exit has been created. Please follow the directions of our volunteers and exercise caution.

The entrance to Herbfest from 3840 Old Almonte Road will be closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic this year. For personal safety and fire truck access we discourage parking and walking on this well-traveled road. There is plenty of parking space in the farmer's field right at the southern and only entrance to Herbfest. Be patient so everyone will get in.
What about pets?
We discourage visitors from bringing their pets. They will be much more comfortable at home than in the heat with strangers. Thank you for your consideration and have a pleasant experience.
